Last fall my wife and I decided it was time to remodel our bedroom in our house of over 100yrs old. Trying to find someone reliable to do the job in this day and age is a chore in itself.After looking around for a while we came across a company called Malta Development.
Their project manager Rob contacted us and set up an appointment for an estimate. Weare talking total demo, insulation, sheetrock, windows carpet, doors, recessed lighting,paint, trim soup to nuts. We decided to go with this company and never regretted ourdecision. All the work was done by very knowledgeable and seasoned employees whowere courteous and kept the mess to a minimum.
The work was completed in the timeframe we were quoted, beyond our expectations and within our estimate. We did have acouple minor issues which were corrected immediately. We would not hesitate to haveMalta Development do any work if need be in the future. Great company and staff.

Challenging angles and requirements were no match. From the beginning of the engagement on our needs, building solutions, providing fitting options, daily project management, engagement with trades through out, flexibility on timing they kept us informed and worked with us.
It all came together with quality finishing from all of the trades. Incredible end product and now enjoying our great new bathroom and built in wardrobe.
We had our home in Creekside Park Rock City Falls,NY built in 2009 by Malta Development, and we love it! All in all the process went smoothly. Communication between ourselves, Malta Development, Beth Smith Realty made the biggest difference in the entire project. There were some weeks where we spoke everyday and sometimes several times a day. There were not a lot of "gray areas" in this entire process. Any & all questions we had were answered no matter how elementary or trivial from a construction perspective. Beth made herself available to us on our schedules and kept us at ease throughout. She really made us feel like we were her only clients! And I know that that is not the case!
The neighborhood itself is wonderful! Beautiful homes, everyone keeps their homes and yards looking better and better each year. Friendly neighbors, close proximity to downtown Saratoga Springs and Racetrack, incredible lots all this and more make Creekside Park a wonderful, quiet and safe place to call home!
Beth was a pleasure to deal with right from the start. She was on top of things throughout the process and made sure everything was dealt with very quickly. On a couple of occasions she went out of her way to make sure our concerns were taken care of and did this very quickly. Once the house was started the process was very smooth throughout. After the house was completed we had some minor issues, which occur with a new house. These issues were taken care of and at my convenience. I have found that Wayne and Tom are very responsive to any concerns you might have and make every attempt to make sure you are happy with your new home.

Kathie and I are finally settled into our new "retirement home" and I feel compelled to let you know how pleased we are to have chosen Malta Development as our builder. This is our third new home over the years and I know the hassles associated with new construction first hand. The few minor warranty repairs we encountered were corrected immediately and by the most professional contractors I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Our monthly utility bills reflect the quality of a custom built "energy efficient" home. It is readily apparent that Malta Development and your subcontractors take tremendous pride in their work. When we first chose to build a new home in Creekside Park, it was primarily because of location. The development is located less than 15 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs and the Village of Ballston Spa, yet maintains a rural peacefulness. After having lived here for over a year now, we have come to appreciate this neighborhood even more, due in large part to the folks we share this community with. We are also thankful for the support that we received from Malta Development and Beth Smith Realty during our development process. They worked hard to ensure that our home was built on-time during the cold winter months, and made an exceptional effort on our behalf to supply the bank with the necessary information. We are comforted by the fact that we have purchased a quality home in a family-friendly environment, and we look forward to raising our family in Creekside Park.
In 2001 we decided to build a new home and we chose Malta Development was because of their reputation of building quality and affordable homes. They not only built us a beautiful house but their management and attention to detail made the entire process a pleasurable experience. The Estates of Northern Pines is full of families who have turned our neighborhood into its own community. Working with the Malta Development staff from beginning to end was a pleasure. From the first meeting with Beth, to the final walk through with Shannon. Malta Development offered certain features that were included with the purchase price that other builders simply did not. We absolutely love our addition! Malta development co inc did a fantastic job. From phase one with help planning the addition, to wonderful help from the architect. Every trade that came to our house were professional and they were fast and efficient.
